About Rebecca

Hi, I'm Rebecca - a UK expat living and working with clients in Singapore and internationally for the past 5 years.

I come from Essex in the UK, have two grown up children, a husband of 34 years and my first grandchild on the way.

My journey supporting others began in 2007 when I joined a local Hospice and got to support and work alongside the amazing patients and staff.

From there my love of finding better ways to do things, led me to work for Macmillan Cancer Support - one of the UK's largest charities - working with patients and clinical staff to make changes that would make cancer treatment and life easier for people with cancer.

Eventually after covid hit and some big life changes  - I put all my focus into developing my counselling private practice in the UK, Spain (where I lived for a while) and then Singapore.

One of those big life changes was my husband receiving his ADHD diagnosis - it led us both on a new journey of learning how to manage symptoms and trying to find opur way through the maze of what helps, what doesn't and where to find ADHD support is both informed and affirming.

The changes this diagnosis has brought about have been incredible and as a counsellor with my patient improvement background - I have become a passionate advocate for creating and sharing good ADHD support for not only the diagnosed Adult but the partner too.

I enjoy pulling together my clinical psychology knowledge, creative skills and wealth of personal experience to design, deliver and teach others there are ways through tough times - it takes a little patience and willpower - and that's what I am here to help you with no matter how small or large the problem seems.

If I sound like someone you can talk to - get in touch for a chat - I will look forward to meeting you,

Rebecca
