About Rebecca
Hi, I'm Rebecca - a UK expat living and working with clients in Singapore and internationally for the past 5 years.
I come from Essex in the UK, love abstract art, have two grown up children, an ADHD husband of 34 years and my first grandchild on the way.

My journey supporting others began in 2007 when I joined a local Hospice and got to support and work alongside the amazing patients and staff - coordinating wellbeing events and patient information initiatives.
From there my love of finding better ways to do things, led me to work for Macmillan Cancer Support - one of the UK's largest charities - working with patients and clinical staff to make changes that would make cancer treatment and life easier for people with cancer.
During those five years, I completed my psychotherapy training and set up a small private practice after work hours. After covid hit, some big life changes happened - I put all my focus into developing my counselling private practice in the UK, Spain (where I lived for a while) and then Singapore.
Establishing myself as a British Counsellor in Singapore has been filled with opportunities and new avenues to explore. At the same time, my personal life was taking an unexpected turn when my husband received his ADHD diagnosis.
Like many partners of adults with ADHD, I found myself searching for answers. Together, we began learning how to manage symptoms, improve communication and navigate the often confusing world of ADHD support.
That experience has profoundly shaped both my personal life and my professional work.
Since then, aware of how difficult and confusing the journey can be, I have become passionate about creating and sharing ADHD support that is informed, practical and hopeful - not only for the diagnosed adult, but for the partners and families who are often navigating the challenges alongside them.
Over the years, I have brought together my counselling training, professional experience and personal insights to support people through some of life's more difficult moments. Again and again, I have seen that with understanding, support and the right tools, meaningful change is possible.
Whether you are struggling with ADHD, relationships, anxiety, life transitions, or simply trying to make sense of what is happening in your life, you do not have to figure it out alone.
If I sound like someone you could talk to, It would be lovely to hear from you.
