ADHD Tools and Resources

Getting Creative!
AS someone that loves to create - making my own tools and resources is an important part of how I support adults and families to live well with ADHD.
Many of them were born out of the frustration at not finding resources that solve the real challenges I see causing issues every day.
They’re free to download—if you don’t see what you need or have any issues, just drop me a message!
Ps. Please share them with anyone who might benefit!
