ADHD Support. What works for you.

Alongside support with Executive Functioning difficulties, many adults with ADHD have carried the weight of anxiety, low self-esteem, and hidden struggles since childhood that need support or addressing.

ADHD Support looks very different for each Adult. Medication is often the first option offered by a diagnositic professional.

In my experience this rarely works as a stand alone solution. Holistic support , where a person has an array of tools and resources and techniques to help builds a strong foundation to live well from.

Holistic support goes beyond just managing ADHD symptoms. It means understanding how your emotions, relationships, lifestyle, health, and environment all interact — and working with those connections to help you feel better, not just function better.

Holistic Support

In my experience supporting adults and families with ADHD, it’s clear that finding what truly works is often a journey of trial and error, one that requires courage, curiosity, and the right support to find what combination works best for you.

My work with clients supports each person as an individual to find out if medication, counselling, coaching or other holistic approaches work best for your ADHD.
