his week I was thinking about the amount of conversations I have with people who really want to explore whether they might have ADHD but keep putting it off.
What struck me was that the ADHD assessment itself wasn't the problem. They hadn't even got that far in their head. They were stuck at the very first instruction: book a GP appointment.
That sounds like one task, but it isn't.
