I'm Rebecca, a psychotherapist, counsellor, artist, wife to my ADHD husband, mother of two young adults, and general lover of all things ADHD.

Yes, I know - this sounds a little odd.

But as the wife of an ADHDer and therapist to many people with ADHD, as well as being highly aware of the frustrations that come with an ADHD brain I also believe in the wonderfulness and value too.

My personal experience of ADHD in a relationship has been invaluable and taught me so much about how to support and navigate ADHD -especially in Singapore.

I know just how hard it can feel to make the ADHD brain work in this world and also how much easier it can be when good support is in place.

And that's what I'm all about - providing high quality, effective therapy that untangles the blocks and barriers and helps you build the strategies, skills, and tools to make the most of the ADHD skills without losing any of the uniqueness that makes you YOU.

My Expat Practice

Living and working as a Psychotherapist in Spain and now Singapore, has given me a unique perspective on what it’s like to leave behind the familiar and start fresh in a new country. The opportunities that come with relocation can be exciting, but they also come with their own set of challenges—moments of loneliness, identity shifts, and the unexpected hurdles that come with building a new life in unfamiliar surroundings.

Through my personal journey—both supporting loved ones through an ADHD diagnosis and facing my own cancer experience here—I’ve come to understand the additional layers of complexity that expats and Third Culture Kids often face. These challenges can feel overwhelming, but having a place to talk through them can make all the difference.

That’s why I’ve made sure I work from a practice practice space that feels welcoming, relaxed, and far from clinical. My office is centrally located in Chinatown - offering a calm space where you can feel comfortable discussing everything from cultural adjustments to relationship hurdles.
