Why Your Past, Present and Future matter.
Understanding and managing ADHD isn’t just about what's happening right now — it’s about recognising how your past experiences, current challenges, and future goals all connect.
In my work as a psychotherapist specialising in ADHD, I use a three-part framework in sessions to help clients reflect, regroup, and move forward — with practical tools and space to think about what really matters.
The Past: What You've Been Through
Before an ADHD diagnosis — or even awareness of the possibility — many people go through life feeling "off" without knowing why.
In our sessions, there’s time to look back at:
How ADHD symptoms may have shown up in childhood, school, or early work life
The coping strategies you developed — and whether they still serve you
The beliefs or fears you may have internalised over time
Unpacking this can be powerful. You begin to make sense of patterns and see how certain thoughts or behaviours may no longer fit the person you are now.
The Present: Where You Are Now
Using both professional and personal insight — alongside current ADHD research — I’ll help you get clarity on the ADHD-related challenges you're facing today.
Together we’ll explore:
Where symptoms are showing up in your daily life (work, relationships, sleep, self-esteem)
Which tools, routines or strategies feel right for you
How to reduce overwhelm and build awareness of what helps or hinders you
You’ll also receive practical guides and resources I’ve developed to support each step — all tailored to your unique experience.
The Future: Where You’d Like to Be
Moving forward with ADHD is less about a “fix” and more about building a life that works for you.
Whether your goals are around focus, parenting, career, or confidence, we’ll move at your pace — helping you:
Reflect on what really matters
Make choices that align with your values
Build sustainable habits grounded in self-understanding
The goal is not perfection — it’s feeling more like you.
Your ADHD Journey Is Unique
No two ADHD journeys look the same — but you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
If you’re ready to:
Reflect on your ADHD experience
Untangle what’s getting in the way
Make meaningful progress in life or work
…I’m here to help.
